Dette f\u00f8rer til tap av funksjon [1\u20133].\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Slike skader antas \u00e5 skape alt fra mild kognitiv svikt, til ren NCD &#8211; som for eksempel demens [4].\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Med den store \u00f8kningen i forventet levealder har tilfeller av NCD \u00f8kt mye. Dette gj\u00f8r at symptomer p\u00e5 NCD er noen de store \u00e5rsakene til funksjonshemming [4].\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behandling av NCD<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For tiden er det ingen gode midler som virker godt mot slike skader, eller som senker utviklingen av disse skadene [5].\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c5 dempe\u00a0 av betennelse i nervesystemet virker \u00e5 v\u00e6re en lovende m\u00e5te for \u00e5 minke slik skade og symptomer p\u00e5 disse [6].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NAE familien<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En spesiell type stoff i kroppen som kalles NAE familien har vist \u00e5 dempe noe av det som f\u00f8rer til denne type skade. Blant disse stoff finner vi PEA [7].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PEA\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mer og mer bevis tyder p\u00e5 at PEA kan spille en rolle i \u00e5 hindre skade i nervesystemet [8].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Flere PEA produkter er lisensiert som kosttilskudd for menneskelig bruk i forskjellige land. <strong>Anbefalt dose er p\u00e5 600\u20131200 mg\/dag <\/strong>[9].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En systematisk oversikt over bruk av PEA ved NCD<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Alle studier p\u00e5 mennesker og dyr som s\u00e5 p\u00e5 bruk av PEA ved NCD sykdom ble s\u00f8kt etter. Og man fant 33 gode studier [10].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Studiene viste at:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>PEA bedrer nevro-atferdsfunksjoner, inkludert hukommelse og l\u00e6ring [10].\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>PEA fremmer nevrogenese, spesielt i hippocampus, nevronal levedyktighet og overlevelse [10].<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>PEA hemmer mastcelleinfiltrasjon\/degranulering og astrocyttaktivering [10].\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>PEA demper \u03b2-amyloid-indusert astrogliose [10].\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Spesielt ser PEA ut til \u00e5 v\u00e6re bra for \u00e5 bedre kognitiv ytelse [10].\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Det er viktig at det ikke ble funnet noen alvorlige bivirkninger hos mennesker [10].\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konklusjon<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dette tyder p\u00e5 at <strong>tilskudd av PEA ikke bare er en effektiv behandlings strategi ved NCD, men at bruk av PEA ogs\u00e5 er uten risiko <\/strong>[10].<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Referanser:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.
